At Flip City Gymnastics, we offer an exciting and memorable birthday party experience for kids of all ages. With our fun-filled activities and dedicated staff, your child’s birthday celebration will be a hit!

Times and Dates Available

Celebrate your birthday on:

  • Saturdays and Sundays:  4:15 PM – 6:00 PM and 5:30 PM- 7:15 PM

Party Package Includes:

  • 1 Hour on the Rec Gym Floor:

    Enjoy a full hour of jumping, flipping, and playing on our state-of-the-art gym floor! Your guests will have a blast using our equipment, including trampolines, foam pits, and more.

    Please note: Other athletes may be training in the facility during your party, but we’ll ensure your group has plenty of space to enjoy the activities!

  • 2 Friendly Staff Members:
    Our experienced staff will supervise all activities, ensuring safety while leading fun games and activities. You can relax knowing that your party is in good hands!

  • 45 Minutes in a Private Party Room:
    After all the fun in the gym, it’s time to celebrate! Enjoy 45 minutes in our party room for cake, presents, and more. You’re welcome to bring your own decorations and food!

Pricing

  • Non-Members: $325
    This package includes 12 children.
    Additional children: $10 per child (up to a total of 20 children).

  • Members: $275
    This package includes 12 children.
    Additional children: $10 per child (up to a total of 20 children).

Important Booking Information

Payment Policy:

  • Minimum Payment Requirement:
    We require payment for the minimum number of children at the time of booking. Any additional children will be charged the Monday prior to the party once numbers are confirmed with our party coordinator.

  • Confirmation Email:
    Our party coordinator will reach out via email the Monday before your party to confirm details and address any remaining questions.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Cancellation Policy:
    We allow cancellations up to 30 days before the party with no penalty. After that, bookings are non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling Policy:
    We understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule, we’re here to help. Just provide us with a minimum of 10 days’ notice, and we’ll work with you to find a new date.

Waiver Requirement:

  • Waiver for Minors:
    All minors are required to complete a waiver before the time of the party. Please print it off and bring it with you to the birthday celebration.
