Program Overview

parent and tot ($67/month)

Parent & Tot classes are 45-minute beginner-level sessions designed for children aged 18-36 months, with one parent or guardian actively participating. These fun, interactive classes introduce toddlers to basic gymnastic movements and equipment while promoting motor skill development and positive learning behaviors. Through songs, games, and circuit-based activities on the floor, bars, and beam stations, children build confidence and familiarity in the gym. Our goal is to foster physical literacy and spark a love for gymnastics that grows as your child does. Classes are held once a week, providing a joyful bonding experience for you and your little one.

Active start ($97/month)

A/S 1 is for children aged from 3-4 and A/S 2 for children aged from 4-5 years old.

Active Start classes are the perfect introduction to independent gymnastics for preschoolers aged 3-5! These 55-minute sessions focus on routine-building, games, and foundational gymnastics skills using stations on the floor, bars, beams, and trampolines. Kids will learn beginner skills such as jumps, rolls, landings, body positioning, and balance, all while improving body stability. Classes meet once per week, with parents remaining in the upstairs viewing area. To enroll, children must be comfortable participating independently, following instructions, and staying with the group. For children needing additional support, please contact our office to ensure proper placement in a suitable class.

bRONZE 1 ($117/month)

Bronze 1 is the starting point for young athletes to build a solid foundation in gymnastics. This class focuses on essential beginner skills, including body shaping, landings, jumps, swings, rolls, and progressions for handstands and cartwheels. Through rotating circuits on the floor, beam, bar, and trampoline, children will develop confidence in balancing, skill endurance, and beginner-level strength training, all while enjoying games and challenges that make learning fun.

Requirements:
Children must be comfortable participating independently without parental involvement, as parents are not permitted on the floor during class. They should be able to follow instructions, stay with the group, and listen to coaches. Parents are welcome to observe from the upstairs viewing area and may be called to assist briefly if needed. For athletes requiring additional support or one-on-one coaching, please contact our office to arrange placement in a suitable class.

Bronze 2 ($117/month)

Bronze 2 is a 70-minute class designed for athletes aged 6-12 who have completed Bronze 1 or been assessed for placement at this level. In this class, athletes will build on their existing skills, advancing handstands, cartwheels, and pullovers while focusing on endurance, body shaping, and consistency in performance. Training will take place through rotating circuits on the floor, beam, bar, and trampoline, paired with games and challenges to keep learning fun and engaging.

Requirements:
Athletes must have completed Bronze 1 or received a recommendation from their coach or assessment team. To schedule an assessment, please contact our office. This level is ideal for young gymnasts ready to enhance their foundational skills and confidence on their gymnastics journey.

Bronze 3 ($117/month)

Bronze 3 is a 70-minute class designed for athletes aged 6-12 who have completed Bronze 1 and 2 or have been assessed for placement at this level. In this class, athletes will face new challenges by combining existing skills with increased difficulty, advancing their progress and building confidence in preparation for the Silver levels. Training emphasizes endurance, body shaping, and consistent skill performance, fostering a deeper understanding of body awareness. Rotating circuits on the floor, beam, bar, and trampoline ensure engaging and progressive learning.

Requirements:
Athletes must have completed Bronze 2 or received a recommendation from a coach or assessment team. To schedule an assessment, please contact our office. Bronze 3 is ideal for gymnasts ready to advance their skills and prepare for higher-level gymnastics.

Silver 1 ($167/month)

Silver 1 is the first step into our intermediate-level gymnastics program, designed for athletes who have completed Bronze 3 or been placed by our assessment team. This 1-hour and 40-minute class focuses on developing strength, confidence, and precision in higher-level skills. Structured warmups, conditioning, and endurance training are paired with skill-progressive circuits on the floor, beam, vault, bar, and trampoline. Body awareness and precision are key focuses to prepare athletes for advancement beyond this level.

Requirements:
Completion of Bronze 3 or a coach’s recommendation is required. Athletes may also join this level following an assessment please contact our office to schedule. Silver 1 classes meet once weekly and are perfect for gymnasts ready to refine their skills and continue their gymnastics journey.

Silver 2 ($167/month)

Silver 2 is an advanced-level class designed for athletes who have completed Silver 1 or been placed through an assessment by our team. This 1-hour and 40-minute class focuses on challenging advanced skills, emphasizing structure, technique, and preparation for the Gold levels of recreational artistic gymnastics. Athletes will work on higher-difficulty skills such as handsprings, five rebounds, and adding height and precision to their established abilities. Training includes intricate drills, progressive challenges, and circuit-based stations, with coaches providing guidance and spotting to support skill progression.

Requirements:
Completion of Silver 1 (A & B components) or coach recommendation is necessary. Athletes may also join after an assessment—please contact our office to schedule. Silver 2 classes meet once weekly and are perfect for gymnasts ready to advance toward Gold-level gymnastics.

Gold 1 ($201/month)

Welcome to the final levels of Recreational Artistic Gymnastics! Gold 1 is a 2-hour class designed to build advanced skill sets while mirroring a competitive training structure. Athletes will work closely with coaches to combine and refine skills, pushing beyond their comfort zones to achieve excellence. Training includes a mix of drills, circuits, conditioning, and strength-building exercises, with a strong emphasis on precision and attention to detail. This level challenges gymnasts to perform at their highest potential while preparing for the next stages of their gymnastics journey.

Completion of Silver 2 (A & B components) or coach recommendation is required. Athletes may also join after an assessment—please contact our office to schedule. Gold 1 classes meet once weekly, offering an advanced and rewarding experience for dedicated gymnasts.

Gold 2 ($201/month)

Congratulations on reaching the pinnacle of Recreational Artistic Gymnastics! Gold 2 is a 2-hour advanced-level class designed for athletes to refine and master their skills. With a structure closely resembling competitive gymnastics training, athletes will focus on combining and perfecting skills while being challenged to step outside their comfort zones. Training includes drills, circuits, conditioning, and strength exercises, with meticulous attention to detail as a key focus to ensure polished performance.

Requirements:
Completion of Gold 1 or a coach’s recommendation is required. Athletes may also be placed in Gold 2 after an assessment—please contact our office to schedule. Classes meet once weekly, offering a rewarding environment for gymnasts dedicated to achieving their highest potential.

trampoline level 1-3 ($100/month)

This beginner trampoline class is perfect for kids who love performing skills on spring surfaces and some tumbling. Participants will focus on building air awareness and confidence on the trampolines. They’ll use the double mini trampoline, which leads into a foam pit, as well as the regular white trampolines located in the corner of the gym. Additionally, they will practice tumbling on the tumble track and rod floor. The class will cover foundational skills, including shape jumps, seat drops, backdrops, and stomach drops. Each session lasts for one hour

Trampoline level 4-8 ($100/month)

Levels 4-8 are considered our intermediate classes. In this program, athletes will focus on building the foundational skills needed for more advanced techniques. They will begin incorporating flips across all events and will work on connecting smaller skills to enhance their overall performance.

Trampoline level 9-12 (advanced — $150/month)

Our advanced classes represent the final levels of recreational trampoline. Coaches lead these sessions to provide competitive-level certification, teaching athletes the more advanced skills they will be mastering. Participants will learn all advanced skills, including flipping and begin incorporating twisting while flipping, helping them gain confidence on all events. This class runs for an hour and a half, allowing athletes to connect high-level skills and create small skill-based routines. We welcome participants aged 8-15 in this class.

bIRTHDAY PARTIES

Birthday parties are priced at $325 for non-members and $275 for members, which includes up to 12 children, including the birthday guest. Additional children are $10 each, with a maximum of 25 kids. This price covers the gym space, the upstairs party room, tables, and chairs.

We offer two birthday party slots each weekend: 4:00–6:00 PM and 5:30–7:30 PM. These times slightly overlap, with the first party moving upstairs when the second group arrives. The party begins with one hour of gym time, which includes a warm-up game, stretching, and free gym play. During your event, there may also be other athletes practicing for a short period of time. After the gym session, the kids will head upstairs to enjoy 45 minutes of snack time and cake.

Cancellation Policy:
Parties can be canceled with no penalty up to 30 days before the event. After that, there will be no refund. However, we understand that things come up and are happy to work with you to reschedule.

WAG, Xcel, & Trampoline Gymnastics

Womens Artistic Gymnastics (WAG)

Woman’s Artistic Gymnastics is comprised of 4 events: Vault, Bars, Beam and Floor.

Athletes in this program typically train more than 6 hours per week and attend competitions throughout the year. Our program runs on a 12-month basis from September to August and includes summer training.

Xcel

Xcel program is an “Invitation Only” program for which athletes must be recommended by a coach, or “assessed” to join. Bronze/Silver/Gold levels. This program falls under the Women’s Artistic Program.

Trampoline Gymnastics

Trampoline Gymnastics is comprised of four events: Individual trampoline, synchronized trampoline, double mini trampoline, and tumbling.

Athletes in this program can choose to compete in one or all events, training 4-19 hours per week.
