Birthday Parties

parent and tot ($67/month)

Our fun Parent and Tot classes are designed to introduce children to the gym with sensory-based circuits. Enjoy songs, games, circuits, and activities that promote physical literacy and lay the foundation for impressive gymnastics skills as they grow. In this 45-minute class, children will build a strong gymnastics foundation in a lively, circuit-based learning environment. They’ll explore movement in small class sizes while learning to follow instructions—making it a fantastic first-class experience!

Active start ($97/month)

A/S 1 is for children aged from 3-4 and A/S 2 for children aged from 4-5 years old.

Our engaging Active Start classes are designed to enhance children’s motor skills and learning behaviors. Participants will enjoy songs, games, circuits, and activities that promote physical literacy and lay the groundwork for impressive gymnastics skills as they grow. In this 55-minute class, kids will build a strong gymnastics foundation in a fun, circuit-based learning environment. They’ll explore movement in small class sizes while learning to follow instructions—making it an excellent first-class experience that encourages independence from mom or dad!

bRONZE 1 ($117/month)

This beginner class is perfect for kids who are new to gymnastics. Participants will develop essential foundational skills, enhance their listening and social abilities, and enjoy play in a structured environment. We offer these classes every day of the week, each lasting one hour and ten minutes. During the session, children will engage in games and utilize equipment such as bars, beams, floor, vault, and trampolines.

Bronze 2 ($117/month)

In this class, kids will focus on more advanced progressions of the skills they learned in Bronze 1. This approach will help athletes gain confidence as they work towards intermediate levels while solidifying their basic skills. These classes are available several days a week and last for one hour and ten minutes. The emphasis will be on building strong skills in preparation for upcoming levels.

Bronze 3 ($117/month)

In our final Bronze level, kids are just one step away from becoming intermediate recreational athletes. The skills taught in this class will be more challenging, designed to facilitate a smooth transition into intermediate levels. With less emphasis on games, students will focus on conditioning to build strength and flexibility. Classes will still run for one hour and ten minutes and are offered throughout the week and on weekends.

Silver 1 ($167/month)

Welcome to the first level of Silver! To join this intermediate class, you must have been assessed or promoted based on your report card. This class aims to develop strong and confident artistic gymnasts. Participants will engage in structured warm-ups and conditioning throughout the training. The focus is on precision and strong gymnastics while working on more advanced skills. The class will utilize floor, beam, vault, and bars, incorporating intricate drills and spotting work with coaches. Each class lasts for one hour and forty minutes.

Silver 2 ($167/month)

Similar to Silver 1, athletes in this level will focus on upgrading their skills while emphasizing structure and technique throughout the class. This is the final Silver level before advancing to our advanced recreational artistic gymnastics program. The skills in this level will be challenging, and coaches will implement a variety of drills to help athletes progress and master their abilities.

Gold 1 ($201/month)
Congratulations on reaching the final levels of Recreational Gymnastics! In Gold 1, athletes will work closely with coaches to develop strong advanced skills while ensuring that strength and flexibility requirements are met. These classes will have a structure more akin to competitive training, focusing on skill development. A variety of drills will be used, and attention to detail is crucial in this group. This class runs for two hours once a week, and participants must have been assessed or promoted through the report card system to join.
Gold 2 ($201/month)

Gold 2 is currently our highest level of recreational gymnastics. Similar to Gold 1, athletes will work closely with their coaches to perfect existing skills and develop advanced ones. The class will focus on a combination of skill work and artistry, including dance, leaps, and turns.

trampoline level 1-3 ($100/month)

This beginner trampoline class is perfect for kids who love performing skills on spring surfaces and some tumbling. Participants will focus on building air awareness and confidence on the trampolines. They’ll use the double mini trampoline, which leads into a foam pit, as well as the regular white trampolines located in the corner of the gym. Additionally, they will practice tumbling on the tumble track and rod floor. The class will cover foundational skills, including shape jumps, seat drops, backdrops, and stomach drops. Each session lasts for one hour

Trampoline level 4-8 ($100/month)

Levels 4-8 are considered our intermediate classes. In this program, athletes will focus on building the foundational skills needed for more advanced techniques. They will begin incorporating flips across all events and will work on connecting smaller skills to enhance their overall performance.

Trampoline level 9-12 (advanced — $150/month)

Our advanced classes represent the final levels of recreational trampoline. Coaches lead these sessions to provide competitive-level certification, teaching athletes the more advanced skills they will be mastering. Participants will learn all advanced skills, including flipping and begin incorporating twisting while flipping, helping them gain confidence on all events. This class runs for an hour and a half, allowing athletes to connect high-level skills and create small skill-based routines. We welcome participants aged 8-15 in this class.

Spring break camps & summer break camps ($70/day

 

Our gymnastics center provides camps during spring and summer breaks. These camps include a mix of gymnastics, crafts, and various fun activities, tailored to the weather conditions.

WAG, Xcel, & Trampoline Gymnastics

Womens Artistic Gymnastics (WAG)

Woman’s Artistic Gymnastics is comprised of 4 events: Vault, Bars, Beam and Floor.

Athletes in this program typically train more than 6 hours per week and attend competitions throughout the year. Our program runs on a 12-month basis from September to August and includes summer training.

Xcel

Xcel program is an “Invitation Only” program for which athletes must be recommended by a coach, or “assessed” to join. Bronze/Silver/Gold levels. This program falls under the Women’s Artistic Program.

Trampoline Gymnastics

Trampoline Gymnastics is comprised of four events: Individual trampoline, synchronized trampoline, double mini trampoline, and tumbling.

Athletes in this program can choose to compete in one or all events, training 4-19 hours per week.
